As a Client Sales Advisor at one of Ibiza's most prestigious beach resort destinations, you will be working in a team of five under the leadership of the Store Manager.

We're looking for team players with a spark who are natural communicators, enjoy meeting people and excel at creating seamless, organic conversations.

The team's objective is to provide an engaging and knowledgeable experience, achieving key performance indicators and sales targets by offering a personalised customer experience, supported by expert product knowledge and clienteling skills (training provided).

The successful individual must be a European resident ideally living in Ibiza, fully fluent in English, with a full driving license to commute to and from the resort. Previous fashion retail experience is an advantage.

As a seasonal resort-based role in Ibiza the store opens in April and closes in October.

Start date: March 2025

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the client experience is a transformational one from start to finish.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience conveying excellent product knowledge and the vision of the concept store, building relationships and understanding client preferences.
• Deliver against store and personal KPI's (key performance indicators) set by the Store Manager to consistently achieve targets supported by regular training.
• Follow operational store guidelines in customer service, handling stock, visual displays and aftersales procedures.
• Participate in seasonal store events.
  
• Participate in weekly training and monthly reviews to deepen product knowledge and clienteling practices.
  

Essential Skills

• Previous fashion retail experience is beneficial.
  
• Ability to deliver against KPI targets as an individual and part of a team.
• An affinity for building relaxed and naturally flowing conversations.
  
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• High levels of enthusiasm and motivation.
• High standards of personal presentation.
• A proactive and flexible team player.
• Fully fluent English is essential, any additional language skills are beneficial.
• Full driving license if possible to travel to and from the location.
