Product Coordinator
The Product Coordinator will support the Development & Production Manager and Designer in ensuring all Women’s RTW samples achieve the brand vision and critical path.
The Product Coordinator will support the Development & Production Manager and Designer in ensuring all Women’s RTW samples achieve the brand vision and meet quality and critical path expectations. The successful candidate will have around 2 years of experience in product development for a luxury or contemporary womenswear brand with a proactive work ethic, methodical organisation skills and attention to detail in supporting the product development and production process.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on all raw material sampling for seasonal capsules including sample lengths, prices, minimums and lead times.
- Support the design and research phase for each capsule.
- Collaborate with the designer in the preparation and launch of tech packs with factories, (China, Portugal and the UK).
- Send out lab dip requests and track and approve all submissions.
- Support the Development & Production Manager in the allocation and tracking of all development and production samples ensuring the factories have everything they need and samples adhere to the critical path.
- Ensure labels and size pips are always in stock and ready to send.
- Maintain sample tracker with samples sent and received dates.
- Create packing lists for all packs that are sent to suppliers.
- Support the sourcing and input of commodity codes.
- Arrange fit meetings and coordinate samples, fit models and the freelance garment technologist.
- Ensure all samples achieve critical path deadlines.
- Research and present possibilities for a new PLM system such as Zedonk.
Essential Skills
- Fashion industry degree.
- Product Development Assistant or Coordinator level with around 2 years experience in contemporary or luxury fashion ideally at an independent brand.
- Product experience in Women’s Resort or Ready-to-Wear supporting the development of collections from design to production.
- Experience working with factories, suppliers and mills.
- Experience in raw materials sourcing.
- Structured, methodical and highly organised.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in line with the critical path.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Committed to achieving excellent quality.
- Solution focused.
- Software proficiency in Zedonk, Illustrator and G-Suite.
- A pro-active self-starter and a positive team player.
