Digital Marketing Specialist
As a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist at this growing fashion brand, you'll be driving customer engagement and revenue through high-performing, story-led digital campaigns.
This strategic and hands-on role is ideal for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of three years’ experience in the fashion industry. You will lead the design, strategy, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across the customer journey, ensuring all communication is creatively compelling, data-informed, and aligned with seasonal and monthly product launches and brand events.
This is a high-impact role, supporting up to three segmented email campaigns per week, a monthly product launch, and a series of high-volume brand activations across universities, festivals, events and international campaigns. You will work closely with the Creative Director, Events Manager and Marketing to plan and execute a cohesive digital calendar, with the opportunity to make a measurable impact on customer engagement and brand growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and implement email marketing strategy across welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement, loyalty, and seasonal flows.
- Design and write high-impact marketing emails with a strong focus on storytelling, personalisation, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on messaging and visuals aligned with monthly fashion drops and editorial direction.
- Partner with the Events Manager to plan ahead for all email-related communication and sign-up flows for over 60 live events, festivals and an upcoming store opening.
- Manage sign-up forms and subscriber journeys related to new collection notifications, events and promotional campaigns.
- Build a rolling email marketing calendar aligned with product drops, activations, and experiential touchpoints.
- Deliver campaign and communication through email using Klaviyo, ensuring optimal segmentation and scheduling.
- Segment audiences using customer behaviour and Shopify data to craft relevant, tailored experiences.
- Analyse performance, run A/B tests, and refine strategy based on open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
- Ensure best practices in deliverability, compliance, and data handling, including full adherence to relevant data protection legislation.

You bring strong technical knowledge and creative flair to every campaign and thrive on creating meaningful customer experiences that drive loyalty and action. You'll be highly collaborative, enjoy planning ahead and have experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.

Your Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing within the fashion industry.
- Proven success in direct-to-consumer environments, particularly brands with regular product launches and events.
- Experience designing, testing, and managing customer journeys and personalised communication flows.
- Strong background in campaign strategy, email content creation, and digital performance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional marketing calendars.
- Familiarity with launch communications, seasonal product storytelling, and segmentation strategies.
- Exceptional written English language skills.
- Highly proficient in Klaviyo.
