As a dynamic and results-driven International Wholesale Manager, you will lead the development and management of the brand’s wholesale channels across Europe, the UK, and the US. In this role, you will lead seasonal market appointments, negotiate terms, drive sell-in and sell-through and cultivate long-term partnerships with top-tier retail accounts.
This position is ideal for an experienced Wholesale Manager who thrives in the duality of strategic growth and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience within international wholesale, either agency or brand side, with a strong track record in contemporary fashion across menswear and womenswear.

As the brand embarks on an exciting phase of international expansion, we are looking for an International Wholesale Manager to lead the global wholesale strategy and drive visibility on the world stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, build and execute a seasonal wholesale strategy in alignment with business goals and growth targets.
- Grow and manage a wholesale portfolio, initially focusing on the European and US markets.
- Identify and open new wholesale accounts and partners that align with brand positioning.
- Plan and conduct seasonal market appointments, trade show and showroom presentations.
- Manage and set up all wholesale activities from pricing, line sheets and look books to order processing and delivery coordination.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels and in the creation of market-specific collateral that supports seasonal campaigns and wholesale initiatives.
- Analyse sales data, provide feedback on product performance and contribute to range planning with the design and merchandising teams based on buyer feedback and market intelligence.
- Nurture strong relationships with buyers to ensure brand visibility, strategic positioning, and commercial success.
- Ensure effective in-season and out-of-season communication with accounts, providing ongoing support, product training and brand updates.
- Coordinate with logistics, production and finance teams to ensure timely fulfilment and payment.
- Track global market performance and competitor activity to inform the commercial strategy and ensure key trading opportunities are not missed.
- Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism in all client and partner interactions.
Essential Skills:
- International Wholesale Manager with a minimum 5 years of experience encompassing contemporary or luxury fashion streetwear.
- Proven track record of managing and growing wholesale accounts in Europe, the UK and US markets is essential.
- Experience launching a new brand into new markets is advantageous.
- Current relationships with relevant top-tier buyers, agents and distributors.
- Excellent understanding of the wholesale fashion calendar and wholesale cycle.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to guide the business in supporting wholesale processes and initiatives.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexible to travel internationally for sales campaigns, trade events and to the head office in Riyadh (if based in the UK or Europe).
