As Sales Manager for the Netherlands, you will represent this modern Danish womenswear brand, building a curated network of premium boutiques, department stores and online partners. You will play a central role in strengthening existing relationships while identifying new opportunities to expand distribution across the Netherlands.
Working closely with the European Sales Manager and the Danish head office team, you will translate the brand’s creative vision into a commercially successful wholesale strategy. You will also play an important role in sharing market insight and customer feedback with the wider team, helping shape future product assortments and regional strategy.
Based in the Netherlands, this is an opportunity to lead and grow the Dutch wholesale market for a contemporary womenswear brand with a strong identity and growing international presence.

What You'll Be Doing
Driving Sales Performance.
Define and deliver the sales strategy for the Dutch market, identifying opportunities to grow mostly new alongside existing wholesale partnerships.
Present seasonal collections to key accounts, curating assortments that reflect each store’s identity, customer profile and commercial potential.
Monitor weekly sales performance and respond to opportunities to maximise sell-through, restocking and seasonal success.
Maintain regular contact with retail partners, acting as the main point of contact for inventory planning, product feedback and commercial requests.
Strengthen relationships with existing wholesale partners while actively identifying and onboarding new accounts aligned with the brand’s positioning.
Represent the brand with passion, authority and insight, demonstrating strong awareness of product direction, market opportunities and customer demand.
Support retail partners with in-store events, product training and brand activations where appropriate.
Represent the brand at key European trade fairs and industry events.
Work closely with the Danish head office team to ensure smooth coordination across sales operations, logistics and customer service.
You will take ownership of the Dutch market, managing your territory with autonomy while working closely with the European Sales Manager to deliver sustainable long-term growth.
Market Planning & Execution
Plan and manage the annual wholesale calendar across pre-market, in-season and post-market activity.
Prepare and present seasonal collections at trade fairs, showroom appointments and regional road trips.
Identify new showroom space, ideally in De Hallen / Oud West.
Review and confirm sales orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of sales tools including digital line sheets, pack shots and marketing materials.
Ensure retail partners have the brand assets required to present collections consistently both in store and online.
Reporting & Market Insight
Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports analysing account performance and market trends.
Hold regular review meetings with the European Sales Manager to discuss product performance and opportunities within the market.
Share market feedback with the head office team to support future product development and commercial planning.
Candidate Profile
Around 10 years of experience within fashion wholesale and a strong understanding of the Dutch retail landscape, specialising in contemporary or premium womenswear.
An established network of premium boutiques, department stores and marketplace partners, along with the credibility and relationships needed to develop long-term business.
Confident presenting collections and interpreting product stories, translating them into assortments that resonate with each store and its customers.
Combine commercial instinct with a thoughtful, relationship-led approach, building trusted partnerships while consistently driving sales growth.
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, balancing time on the road with planning, reporting and account development.
Strong organisational discipline and commercial awareness, using market insight and sales data to guide decisions and continuously strengthen performance.
Currently living and working in the Netherlands.
Existing working rights in Europe (sponsorship is not a possibility).
Success in the First 12 Months:
Strengthen relationships with existing Dutch wholesale partners while identifying and onboarding new accounts aligned with the brand’s positioning.
Deliver consistent seasonal growth across the market through strong sell-in and improved sell-through performance.
Establish a clear rhythm of market activity across trade fairs, showroom presentations and regional road visits.
Provide valuable market insight to the head office team, helping refine assortments and strengthen the brand’s position within the Dutch market.
Position the brand as a trusted and desirable partner within the contemporary womenswear wholesale landscape in the Netherlands.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary in line with experience plus bi-annual commission after six months of service.
