Join an ambitious, fast-growing brand rooted in youth culture.
We’re on the lookout for a mid-weight Graphic Apparel Designer to join a close-knit creative team and help shape the visual direction of the collections. Based in the Bristol area, (easily accessible via Yate station or car), this is an office-based/hybrid role where you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and bring fresh ideas to life.
The brand is all about feel-good fashion — trend-led, upbeat, graphic-driven pieces with easy, wear-everywhere silhouettes designed for 15–26-year-olds who live for self-expression. Think bold tees, laid-back hoodies, standout sweats, and cosy-soft accessories. If you're obsessed with youth culture and have a strong fashion eye, this one’s for you.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing seasonal collections from concept to production handover — working closely with the Creative Director and wider team.
- Creating standout apparel graphics and placement prints with purpose and originality.
- Keeping a pulse on emerging youth, streetwear, and fashion trends — and suggesting new decoration techniques like embroidery, appliqué, logos, or innovative print styles.
- Helping develop custom blank styles and new silhouettes — adding your vision to shapes, not just surface design.
- Artworking and preparing all final graphics, logos, embroidery and print files for production.
- Collaborating, learning, and growing as part of a dynamic, creative team with big ambitions.
🎯 You Should Have
- A Graphic Design degree and 3–4 years of fashion industry experience, ideally focused on apparel graphics for a brand or retailer.
- Be UK-based without needing sponsorship now or in the future.
- A strong fashion trend radar and instinct for what makes a graphic feel relevant and cool.
- Experience in artworking for production and a solid understanding of print techniques vs. fabric compatibility.
- Intermediate to advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
- A true interest in joining a brand on the rise, where your ideas can make a real impact.
⭐ Bonus Points If You Have…
- A broad and adaptable graphic handwriting — ideal if you’ve worked on womenswear or unisex collections.
- Passion for sustainability, organic materials, or innovative fashion techniques.
- An ability to blend trend awareness with a refined, elevated design touch.
💥 What You’ll Get
- Competitive salary (GBP, based on experience)
- 28 days annual leave
- Monthly clothing allowance (yes, free stuff!)
- Statutory pension scheme
- Flexible hybrid/office working options
